2009 State Rendezvous

Hosted by the Powder River Chapter.  Registration is necessary by June 9, 2009, for Hank's Catering to prepare the meals for the number of people attending.

This year the State Rendezvous will take place in the Black Hills of Wyoming in the Moskee area southeast of Sundance.  We'll be camping at Bear Lake (puddle) in a nice, flowery meadow.  The road to camp is good - suitable for all vehicles and trailers.

Depending on spring runoff, animal water may be available.  It's a good idea to pack your own water.  Certified hay or hay cubes are required.

No loose dogs!  No dogs, even if leashed, allowed in catering area.  Please clean up after your dog!

Hank's Catering will be serving a steak dinner on Saturday night and a breakfast buffet on Sunday morning.
